Born and raised in the Columbus Park (Northend) neighborhood in Kansas City. He graduated from St. Pius X High School where he was a two year all-metro baseball player and a varsity letterman in football and basketball. He received an undergraduate degree from Donnelly College in 1991.

Dr. Siraguso attended Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City. While at Cleveland he served as an instructional tutor in anatomy, neuroanatomy and neurophysiology alon with receiving his certification in the use and application of physiotherapy. He graduated with honors and received his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine in September 1994.

In 1996 Dr. Siraguso successfully completed postgraduate studies and became certified in the treatment of sports injuries. This is a designation the only five percent of the chiropractors in the nation have achieved. He serves as proctor for the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners which is the board responsible for the licensing of chiropractic physicians. Dr. Siraguso also has received his national certification in acupuncture.

Prior to opening Siraguso Family Chiropractic, Dr. Siraguso practiced in Liberty at a family oriented chiropractic center. He is very involved with his family and alumni activity at St. Pius X High School and Clevend Chiropractic College. Dr. Siraguso and his wife are residents of the Northland area.
